Warranty, Returns & Replacements
FOR RETURNS & REFUNDS
TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR A RETURN & REFUND, YOU MUST MEET AND ACCEPT THESE CONDITIONS:
- We only accept returns within the first 30 calendar days from the date of delivery, according to carrier tracking information.
Requests submitted after 30 days are not eligible for return or refund. - The product must be in PERFECT or UNUSED condition.
You may be asked to provide photos or videos before the return process begins.
If the product shows signs of use, damage, or wear, the return will be denied. - We do NOT accept physically broken, scratched, or damaged products.
All returned items are carefully inspected.
Products that do not meet these conditions will be disposed of, with no option for return shipment. - The return package must include ALL original contents, including boxes, manuals, and accessories.
Missing items will result in a $20 fee + the cost of missing product(s), deducted from your refund. - You must contact us before shipping any return.
Unauthorized returns will be rejected or discarded. - The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. No exceptions.
- We only accept returns shipped via UPS or FedEx.
Other carriers may result in delays or rejection. - A $10 restocking fee applies to all approved returns for inspection, cleaning, and inventory processing.
IMPORTANT:
Once your return is approved, you have 7 business days to ship the product back.
Packages shipped after this window will be automatically rejected.

REFUND PROCESS:
Once received and inspected, approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days.
Non-refundable items include:
- Express Shipping
- Digital products or services
- Priority processing or add-ons
If you do not meet ALL conditions above, your request will be denied and the ticket closed.
HORONIX 3 YEARS WARRANTY
Horonix offers a Replacement Warranty to ensure long-term satisfaction.
IMPORTANT:
This warranty is for replacement only.
It cannot be used to request refunds. No exceptions.
WARRANTY COVERAGE:
- Manufacturing defects
- Software malfunctions
- Structural failures not caused by misuse
- Coverage applies after 30 days from delivery.
Any issue within the first 30 days will be handled under the standard replacement process.
EXCLUSIONS:
The warranty does NOT cover:
- Lost or stolen items
- Damage due to abuse, misuse, or mishandling
- Items returned without authorization
- Packages lost during return shipping without valid tracking
CLAIM PROCESS:
To submit a warranty claim, complete the Horonix Warranty Form (provided by support).
- One (1) warranty claim per product, per order
- Customer is responsible for shipping
- Only UPS or FedEx accepted
- Ship within 7 business days after approval
Once received and inspected, replacements ship within 3–5 business days.
⚠️ Packages sent without prior authorization will be automatically discarded.
MARKETPLACE PURCHASES
If you purchased Horonix products through Amazon, TikTok Shop, Walmart, or other marketplaces, their platform policies apply.
This warranty and return policy applies ONLY to purchases made directly on horonix.com.
ORDER CANCELLATIONS
Orders can be canceled within 30 minutes of purchase.

Subject: CANCEL + ORDER NUMBER
After 30 minutes, orders are processed automatically and cannot be canceled.
We may be able to modify orders (item, address, shipping method) if requested immediately.
⚠️ Horonix is NOT responsible acknowledging incorrect addresses entered by the customer.
No refunds will be issued for address errors.
If a package is lost or stolen after correct delivery, only a 50% partial refund may be issued.

Once received back, customers may choose:
